Niulife Coconut Clarity Oil
Niulife Coconut Clarity MCT+™ is formulated according to the work of Dr Mary Newport for the nourishment of insulin-resistant brain cells (aka ‘diabetes of the brain’). Damaged brain cells, for example, cells affected by Alzheimer’s) struggle to use glucose but can still use fat for energy, especially the fats found in Niulife Coconut Clarity MCT+™:
- Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs)
- Organic cold-pressed DME® extra virgin coconut oil
- Vegan-sourced Omega 3 oils from chia, flax and camelina (camelina is a rare seed also called ‘wild flax’)
Simply put, these oils work together to create energy and clarity by nourishing the damaged brain cells with ketones instead of glucose.
Niulife Coconut Clarity MCT+™ is a liquid oil with a light flavour. For best effect, take Niulife Coconut Clarity™ before meals or as part of a low carbohydrate meal.
It is easy to use with foods, as dressing on salads and steamed vegetables, as dip, in baking, on breakfast cereals, in smoothies, or drizzled onto food after cooking. Niulife Coconut Clarity™ is not intended for high temperatures – for cooking and frying it is best to use Niulife DME® Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.
Start with just one teaspoon, gradually building up to 6 tablespoons a day, with 1 or 2 tablespoon before each meal.
As with any edible oil product, a rapid increase in ingestion may cause digestive upset, so we recommend that you build up gradually to the recommended 6 tablespoons per day. (too much too soon can lead to loose bowels)
Niulife Coconut Clarity MCT+™ is shelf-stable. Please store in a cool dry place, away from direct light. It does not require refrigeration. If refrigerated, it will go solid so bring to room temperature for ease of pouring.
Regular consumption maximises benefits. Best consumed within two months of opening – Omega 3s gradually deteriorate over time.
