This flour is made from Brown rice. It is gluten-free and wheat-free, along with being free from chemical bleaching and artificial colouring. It can be used for making sauces, noodles, cereals, desserts and combined with other flours for baking cookies, breads, pastries and more.
It normally provides a nutty flavour.
