Sorghum Flour is gluten free, high in protein and iron and a fantastic alternative to wheat.
It is becoming more common in baking and used in such dishes as sweet breads, cookies, cakes and muffins.
*Use in conjunction with other gluten free flour and remember to keep in mind you may need add less Sorghum or add more liquid to prevent dryness in your cooking. Give it a go!
